The representative tells me number one my account is not locked, but number two he needs a picture of my SSN because the bank needs more proof of my identity?!?! This makes no complete sense. But as soon as I log in through my laptop it tells me that my account is locked so like a normal person I chat with a customer service representative to fix this problem. When I log in through my phone the app works like nothing is wrong.
